Choosing “The Best Roofing Company In Jacksonville”
SPC Roofers has served the Jacksonville area since 1978, and that longevity shows up in how deliberately the company treats every customer relationship. The company describes itself as operating under a promise not to cut corners, treating each home as if it were their own, with every employee expected to refuse to settle for average work. That same commitment extends beyond installation day: SPC backs its work with a one-time transferable limited lifetime workmanship warranty, so even a future homeowner remains covered, and every inspection comes with photos, a damage report, and an easy-to-understand estimate for repairs or replacement. Holding both a Florida roofing license and a general contracting license, SPC Roofers is equipped to take on projects of any size across North Florida, which is part of why the company positions itself as a one-stop, trustworthy choice rather than a niche subcontractor.
The reviews left by SPC’s actual clients back up that positioning. Homeowners repeatedly describe project managers like Jason, Chandler, and Anthony as responsive and easy to reach at any hour — one reviewer noted that their contact was always available to answer questions and meet their needs no matter the time of day, and that the team went beyond what was expected while staying transparent throughout the process. Another homeowner going through their first insurance claim rated SPC’s customer service a perfect ten, adding that the company made a potentially stressful roof replacement easy. Because Florida roofs so often involve insurance claims after storm damage, this kind of hand-holding is a recurring theme: one client specifically credited their SPC contact with staying on top of the insurance company and remaining available through the entire process, right down to completion. Aggregated review platforms reflect that this experience isn’t a fluke — Birdeye lists SPC Roofers at a 4.8-star rating across 403 reviews, and the company is described elsewhere as having accumulated more than 370 positive Google reviews over 45-plus years in business.
Beyond the numbers, the video testimonials SPC shares from real clients (available as short-form clips on YouTube) put faces and voices to that same pattern: homeowners walking through their finished roofs, thanking their specific project manager by name, and describing a process that felt guided rather than confusing. That consistency — the same praise for communication, cleanup, and follow-through showing up whether the source is a Google review, a BBB profile, or a client speaking directly to camera — is what SPC Roofers points to as evidence of the highest-quality craftsmanship in North Florida. Combined with an A+ BBB accreditation and full licensing, insurance, and a lifetime workmanship guarantee, the company’s own message that customers “deserve the best” isn’t just a slogan; it’s echoed back in the words of the people whose roofs they’ve actually replaced.
