The first thing we do as a free upgrade, is we replace your old #30 felt paper with RhinoRoof® U20. It is 12 times stronger than #30 felt and offers excellent wind resistance and durability through heavy roof traffic and adverse weather conditions.

Here in Florida, it is code to use EITHER peel & stick or valley metal in your valleys, we use BOTH to give you an extra layer of protection.
We replace all the accessories including vents and pipe boots on your roof. We use lead pipe boots to ensure that all the penetrations in your roofing system are sealed indefinitely.
The final touch, of course we upgrade your old 3 tab shingles to a high end architectural shingle from one of our partnering manufacturers including GAF, IKO, and Owens Corning.
